I am not a fan of ramen but decided to give yoshimaru ramen bar a try when we are around the holland village area. I had the moridakusan ramen (if I remember it correctly) which comes with their special pork bone soup base, pork slices and black fungus. I like how they add in the black fungus for the crunchiness as the other stuff that is inside the ramen is soft. makes it more unique by doing that. I like the soup base a lot too, very flavorful yet light. theres also a diy sesame topping bow
