Another visit at Bishamon. During dinnertime, even though there isn't a queue, there is always a constant stream of diners at this place. We got the Avocado and Prawn Salad as our starter. Lettuce and avocado tasted fresh and went well with the salad dressing which was considerately served at the side. This allows you to pour as much or as little dressing on your salad as you wish. The salad included sweet corn and cherry tomatoes and it looked really attractive aesthetically.

Next, I ordered the Assari Seafood Shio Ramen. At that point of time, I did not actually know what shio means but decided to give it a try. Having just googled "shio", it means salty. The ramen looked like maggi mee and it was springy but harder than Ajisen's ramen. The prawns in the salad tasted the same as the prawns in the salad. You get some black fungi and bamboo shoots. The soup was definitely saltier than the miso soup but I guess that was what I ordered. Nonetheless, it was a tasty meal.
