My girlfriend and I have a soft spot for braised duck rice, we cannot really resist those tender and tasty braised ducks. One thing about braised duck rice is they do not use normal rice, they use mostly yam rice. This stall’s yam rice is really good, it is not too hard nor is it too soft. The yam fragrant is constantly emitting from the rice. The duck is very tender, the skin is not too oily. We both dun really like the skin so will have it removed before we eat it. The gravy they topped the rice with is very tasty. It is not too salty, is a wee bit sweetish. I love how it seeps into the rice making it so delicious.
