The top part was made of some kind of cheese which give a sweet and cheesy taste. The little heart above was just some icing sugar. The red velvet cake itself was nice! It actually used some premium ingredients to make, and the process was right so that the cupcake was not porous. 
The design and concept of the store makes people feel cozy too!
