The brown sauce on top of the Ribeye Steak really enhance the taste and texture of the steak. I ordered a medium rare Ribeye Steak so that the meat will not be too hard and unbreakable. The colour of the meat was close to either red or hot pink. The meat was tender, soft and fresh. This dish costed about $36 excluding GST and service charge which I think was pretty pricey. The ambience of the place was pretty alright although the environment was not comparable to those high end restaurants.
