A mixture of roasted delights consisting of the roasted pork, char siew and duck added with a hard boil braised egg completes a craving of someone who had been having European food for weeks. Yummy gravy over the roasted meat with soft fragrance rice, I totally miss Singapore's Food. Roasted meat was well prepared with 2 slices of cooling cucumber placed by the corner of the plate imprinted with Koufu's logo. Soup that was accompanied by the dish was blend yet peppery in taste with spring onions

Cook House is located at the top level of JEM and was very packed everywhere in the building. From getting a parking lot and making our way into the Food court for food, everything took more than 2 hours. Queues and queues were everywhere. (Very singapore scenario). Carparks were full, alternatives are full too and long waiting time were required. Awwww!
