Roasted meat rice.

This stall has one of the longest queues in this food centre. I ordered a plate of char siew and roasted meat rice with another plate of roasted duck rice. They did not serve soup with those plates of rice. My favourite got to be the roasted duck. It has got a nice smoky flavor with a slight crispiness and smoky flavor on the skin. The meat within is still tender with the right level of saltishness. The braised sauce goes well with the rice.
