Everytime when I dropped by IMM, I would always have this nice smelling aroma within the basement. As with good food there will be long snaking queue and I am curious why would they wait so ever patiently for a piece of bread. On that particular day I was there, there was no queue. I decided to try it and just nice they had a tray fresh out of the oven. I finally got it and pipping hot. The crust was crispy and sweet on the outside, while it was soft and fluffy on the inside. On that particular day I was there, there was no queue. I decided to try it and just nice they had a tray fresh out of the oven. I finally got it and pipping hot. The crust was crispy and sweet on the outside, while it was soft and fluffy on the inside. The taste and aroma mixed makes the taste of the bread worth it. I understand why would people queue just to get their hands on one.
