Roti prata w/ sausage + egg

I was passing by bugis street this afternoon and was hungry so i decided to try the food from this stall. I've had several friends recommending me the bread from this stall but i gave in to the strong pleasant sausage smell and ordered for a roti prata with sausage and egg.The roti prata is wrapped around with egg and then used to wrap around the sausage. I ordered for the pepper sausage which tastes just like the regular sausage just that it has a nice pepper smell. The roti prata is very crisp

The roti prata is wrapped around with egg and then used to wrap around the sausage. I ordered for the pepper sausage which tastes just like the regular sausage just that it has a nice pepper smell. The roti prata is very crispy and it makes a perfect wrap along with the egg.

I really like the combination of roti prata with the sausage but it is a pretty oily snack. Do give it a try! It costs $2.30.
