Ordered one plate of Sashimi Miyabe ($25.90). We changed all of it to Salmon Sashimi as none of us likes tuna or yellow fish so it's quite a waste. Calculated the price between this platter and 5-7 salmon sashimi and this turns out to be the cheapest. Ichiban Sushi is also the ONLY that allows us to change all the sashimi to Salmon. The salmon sashimi is quite thick over here and i love how it taste really good with wasabi.
There was a promotion going on and we also ordered this sakura sake to pair with the sashimi.
Sake and Sashimi is the best combination ever in a Japanese establishment!
