Last Friday, I went to Itacho Sushi again, at JCube.I ordered my favourite sashimi rice, it is called the Sake Don in the menu.The salmon sashimi on rice, served with miso soup costs me $11, exclusive of tax and service charges.It was quite expensive for a student like me, but the quality of the dish definitely makes the price worth after all.The portion of the rice was really big and sufficient for big eaters.The sashimi was also very thickly sliced, and generously served.There was about 8-10 p

The portion of the rice was really big and sufficient for big eaters.
The sashimi was also very thickly sliced, and generously served.
There was about 8-10 pieces of thick sliced salmon on my rice.
I was so happy that time because I am really a huge fan of salmon sashimi
The dish was served about 5 minutes after I placed my order.
The quality of the rice was very good, and the sashimis were very fresh.
Tasted awesome with wasabi and soy sauce!
Will come back again to try more dishes
