I was looking to enjoy a good bowl of fresh sashimi and rice, hence, I ordered the salmon don which costs $10.90. The presentation is really pretty with the fresh and bright coloured sashimi slices on top of the rice. While I enjoyed my bowl of salmon don, the proportion is quite skewed. There is far too much rice and too little salmon sashimi. There is only one layer of salmon sashimi slice hence, I guess there is only around 8 slices of fish. I felt that the slices could be thicker as well for

I felt that the slices could be thicker as well for more bite. Hence, this will rate well on taste, but not on price since it is expensive for the small portion of fish.
