Serangoon Salt-Baked Chicken has been established for quite a long time, and is always a good addition to the dinner table. My mum got one of it at $18.50, which is the bigger-sized one, there's a smaller one which costs $16 I think, but there doesn't seem to be much difference in size to me. I like the sauce which was a little salty but not overly so and it goes very well with rice; the skin of the chicken was also well seasoned, but a substantial part of breast meat is quite tasteless though.
