Lam's is known for their abalone noodles and of cos, the salted baked chicken along balestier road. Was around the area and saw they actually have a stall here in Food Republic so I decided to try it and see if the standard remains the same as their main branch. As they only have the salted egg baked chicken available in their menu, I decided to have one with plain white rice. The presentation is presentable, with a huge chicken leg, 'rounded' plain rice and green vegetable. The chicken is surprising soft and the meat was separated from the bone easily. It was well marinated and you could taste the saltiness in it too. The rice however is a little too wet for my liking. Overall a nice and enjoyable meal!
