Location : Katong I12 previously known as Katong Mall to some of us 80s/90s people has upgraded their carpark and there's usually many lots there (except weekends) , make sure you enter by East Coast Road, and not the TGIF side, the guards will re-route you or tell you no entry.
What's good in particular : Salted caramel tart is worth wasting your calories. Heavenly combination of sweet, salty and bitter(choco).
