You definitely need to be here early to be assured of a dumpling since it sells quite fast. I got 5 of the salted egg dumpling home and made it hot the next day for lunch. The salted egg yolk is large and lovely. Although it is high in cholesterol, I couldn’t help but to finish all of the salted egg yolk.
