I love the salted egg pork at Susan Chan! Their sauce is simply heavenly! Perfectly cooked tender slices of pork, drenched in salted egg gravy. Even the cabbage leaves that get soak in this sauce tastes awesome. This dish doesn't come with the egg, I asked to add it which totals up to $6.50. Not the cheapest but very good standard. And they're not stingy on the sauce either! Most recommended if you don't mind a sinful lunch.
