A month back, I brought my friends to Rong Guang BBQ Seafood as we were craving for......SAMBAL STINGRAY! Having been there before on several occasions with my family, I decided to introduce this restaurant to my friends who are huge fans of seafood, especially stingray.The sambal stingray was served with a generous amount of sambal as well as onions and lady fingers on the top for decoration. The meat was succulent and juicy and tasted great. However I feel that the sambal could be made spicier

The sambal stingray was served with a generous amount of sambal as well as onions and lady fingers on the top for decoration.
The meat was succulent and juicy and tasted great. However I feel that the sambal could be made spicier so as to give an added kick to it.
For the cost and generous portion, I would still say this is worth a try. Sambal lovers however might be a tad bit disappointed by the non-spicy sambal!
