The dish Samsui Chicken is the signature dish at Soup Restaurant. I usually go there to eat as my family and I like the food there. Whenever we go there, we would order the Samsui Chicken as we all enjoy the taste of that wonderful dish. The cold chicken and cucumber wrapped in cabbage is wonderful.
