I heard that Ramen Champion had opened a new outlet at Great World City. It was nearer than the Bugis Branch, so I decided to have a try.

There was four ramen stalls there, much lesser than the Bugis Branch. The stalls were like foodcourt style, ordering at stall and you will be given a device to alert you to collect the Ramen at stall when ready.

I had ordered this Sapporo Miso Special Ramen at $14.80.

The Ramen had a mild aroma of savory miso. The miso soup was thick and tasted quite salty. There was more of miso flavour than pork stock.

The noodles was slightly cooked to the softer type than springy.

The Char Siew was fatty and well grilled at the sides. The fats of char siew almost melted in mouth. The meat was soft and tender. Though I found the meat lacked of pork taste.

Overall, the Ramen was quite worth as there was mant char siew, but I hope the soup can be less salty next time.
