Brought a plate of satay and oyster egg for dinner. Firstly, the satay meat is soft and tender, not very hard. The satay has a nice golden brown colour with slight charcoal on the side. As for the oyster egg, the oyster is quite fresh, big and juicy. The egg and the batter is well combined and has a soft and slight crispyness texture. Seasoning is acceptable, not too salty. The chili sauce is well made, has a hot and spicy taste and goes well with the oyster.
