A very high-end restaurant which is good for business lunch and also for a romantic meal with your loved one. Tried one of their starter dish which is seared Hokkaido scallops with crunchy vegetables, citrus and anise foam. The anise foam is quite sour and disappears after the first bite of your scallops. The scallops used are quite big and juicy. The side ingredients used in this dish is just alright. This dish is served really cold but I think would be better for them to prepare it as a hot
