I like to call this seafood rojiak , it’s like a buffet in a pan except it doesn’t refill. The fries was a little soggy, so we requested a change and they did us a fresh set of crispy hot fries. Calamari was unevenly cooked, this one was disappointing. As you can see in the photo it’s even burnt. (in a bad way). The grilled prawns was great, crunchy and well flavoured. The rice was fragrant and vibrant in terms of visual. Mussels was average. Fish meat is so soft and tender it breaks easily. Tas
