we had steam boat at this jap placewe had a variety of meat.. and varies part... beef and porkwe also had fresh mushrooms.. white cabbages.. sweet corn.. tofu.. udon so on and forth..not missed out was the japanese salad =)there were desserts such as ice cream which was nice as welloverall soup base really good!
