I was along Joo Chiat Place and saw this restaurant which their signature dish is the Chow Tar bee Hoon ( burnt bee hoon?) . It was quite a hot day so since the restaurant was quite empty(even though it is lunch time. Maybe because the place is quite inaccessible ) and most importantly, it was air conditioned , i decided to give it a try.Sambal Fried Rice - Quite a large serving. Tasted not badLime Juice with Aloe Vera Overall, it was quite ok, better than those of a zi char stall.
