Shin yuu is a ala carte Japanese buffet restaurant @ GreenwoodTheir handrolls were very disappointing. The nori were soggy, as though it had been left in the open for ages, the rice was pretty mushy as well. Their aburi salmon sushi was pretty tasteless tooaburi cheese roll -the cheese was more like a creamy cheese saucegrilled sanma fish -that was all bone &overcooked,the grilled fish cheek -that had a distinctly watery texture & not much flavour.The owner is a bit rude to us too,the price mig
