The Shiok Maki at Koh's Grill and Sushi Bar is rather interesting It comes with prawns or unagi, and avocado, cucumber, and topped with flying fish roe and melted cheese. Instead of the usual seaweed, it is wrapped with grilled salmon. The combination is pretty good but definitely not fantastic of worth paying $16.80 for. Instead of the usual seaweed, it is wrapped with grilled salmon. The combination is pretty good but definitely not fantastic of worth paying $16.80 for. I would certainly say that this signature dish is overrated.

I also had the beef sukiyaki. It was not too bad, only that the soup was a little too sweet for my liking. Also, they threw all meat in before serving, so my meet was either over cooked, or cold as I had to take it out quickly before it got overcooked, instead of cooking it as I ate. I would say I have tasted better.
