I have been hearing a lot about the legendary shiok makis served here and was eager to try first hand to see if it lives up to its hype. I arrived at about 4pm- non peak time to skip the long queues that will eventually form outside of the restaurant. I wanted to try both generations of Shiok maki and the waitress told me I was able to order half of each to form 1 serving although I had to pay more (about $18). The difference is essentially the ingredients used- gen1 has grilled eel wrapped with
