Arriving the place around 3.20pm for a late lunch, but we still had to wait for about 15mins for our food after placing the order. The place had about 5 tables occupied. They serve $9.90++ Set Meal till 4pm. It consists of a main dishes and a glass of Ice Lemon Tea. For an additional $3++, you can top up for an appetizer or soup. I gave the a "2” for cleanness because there were flies flying around our table despite being an air-con place.
