This handmade dimsum stall at Toa Payoh Food Centre always had a long queue during their opening times.

Since it was lunch time, I had ordered Fan Choi and Siew Mai instead of Buns as they are more stomach filling.

The Fan Choi was good. The rice was very moist with char siew sauce. The Char Siew was sweet and slightly fatty taste. There was also a quarter egg but I hope they put more.

The Siew Mai was very fatty. It had many minced fatty pork. The taste of the meat was very well marinated and seasoned.
