Skinny Pizza is another restaurant I have wanted to try. The star was the mushroom risotto. I hadn’t harbour high hopes for this dish because it looked so normal but what did they teach you in school? Never judge a book by its cover. The risotto was simply delish. I am not a huge fans of peas and carrots but added together, the combination with other ingredients just gel together so well.

Regardless I would still be keen to go back and try the other skinny pizzas variations the restaurants have on its menu!
