The restaurant was cute, intriguing and enough to pique my curiosity about the menu and why it was called the Sleeping Rhino.

Trotted my way down the unfamiliar end of town on a cool evening and entered the chic boutique lobby of the Klapsons and trying to spot yet another hidden culinary treasure. The restaurant was nowhere in sight except for a small arrow pointing down a corridor with a brightly lit sign illuminating The Sleeping Rhino.

Stepping in gingerly to a pretty chic looking restaurant and warmly welcomed by the waitress who showed us to our table at the 'fish tank' end of the restaurant where passerby’s may gawk at your meal while you pretend to not see them. Thank god for a quiet evening.

A nice 3 course menu set out before us and I obviously had to ask. Why the Sleeping Rhino? It was simply different, versatile and TSR sounded cool. Go figure. But it did pique my interest so no further questions.
But my favorite is still tthe dessert that shared among us.
