I really love the rosti at Marche. However, I find it too oily but I am willing to take in all that oiliness because their rosti taste so yummy. It goes well with a little bit of sour cream at the side. I find the smoked salmon too salty though. However, it complemented well with the lightly-flavoured rosti. They also have a country-like ambience which is very nice.
