Rochor Beancurd House is well known for their beancurd desserts. I popped by in the afternoon to order a box of soon kueh for take away. It was my first, since I usually have my egg tarts for take away. I prefer to eat my food warm, so I steamed the soon keuh at home and added some sweet sauce to go with. It was a delightful treat. The skin texture and taste is very much like your dumpling skin. Very, 'Q' indeed! There is no dried shrimps in the soon kueh though.
