The soon kuehs cost $2.80 for 4 pieces. The skin texture resembled those crystal skin wrap used in dim sum. It was quite chewy too and did not break easily while the fillings inside were moist and warm when I bought it. The fillings were rather flavourful (more salty than sweet) and reminded me of the fillings in popiahs. At $2.80, it is reasonable and if you like traditional snacks, perhaps you can give this a try
