The FoodI ordered a bowl of Pig Leg Mee Pok and taste delicious. The Pig Leg is fragrant and stewed till it's soft and tender. The layer of fats is also fragrant and so soft that it simply melts in my mouth. The texture of the mee pok is just nice, not too soft and springy. Chilli sauce and vinegar were added in the right amount hence making the mee pok very tasty. The stew sauce used made the whole dish very savory and fragrant.
