The first impression of this soursop ice was the color of the soursop. I doubt green is the natural color of the fruit. The stall owner might tried to make it different from others stall so added color to change it from white to green. The creative effort is worth commendable but i still very much prefer to have my soupsop in its natural color. Perhaps the first impression does matter in this very instance, i did not really enjoy this bowl of soursop ice. Perhaps they might want to consider adding a little syrup to balance the sourish taste of soursop just like that one i had at the East Coast Lagoon Food Village.
