the splash and decker cafe is packed with students during the lunch time. the cafe sells sandwiches, rice box, soup, drinks, cakes and bread. the rice box is very worth the price so i will order it sometimes. the black pepper rice box is $3.50 each and it has a big and thick piece of chicken, rice with nice gravy, and the potato salad which makes me more full in the end. the chicken is tender and succulent, and the rice is flavourful with the gravy. the potato salad is chilled, but i prefer tha
