I ordered a plate of the shanghai dumplings to share with my partner. There was quite a fair bit of meat as filling nicely wrapped in a slightly thick skin. It was then steamed it and served with shredded ginger in vinegar. The overall taste was an acceptable one. It is best eaten by dipping it into the vinegar and had it with the shredded ginger. It can be a good alternative if get tired of the usual noodle or rice. It was a satisfying meal.
