My first try on Fermented bean curdThe first plate that came, sliced stinkies. Crispy, but not as smelly as I thought. Not bad, quite juicy even though they are sliced.Then came the cube stinkies. Crispy and very very juicy; they literally drool themselves out in my mouth! Lol! Smellier than the first plate, and I'm pleased. Ordered soft shell crab cake to try as well...
