We have a family gathering lunch at this Chinese restaurant and was quite impressed with the food standard here. The stir fried scallops is one of my favourite dish and I am sure you will also agreed with me too. The scallops portion are very generous and are very fresh and chewy. The red, green and yellow sliced capsciums are very crunchy and goes well with the scallops, which make it even more fragrant and with the natural sweetness from the scallops as well.
