This Kang Kong stirred fried dish is crunchy and cooked just right. For $6 a plate, it is affordable but is a little oily. Though it is cooked just right, it is not the tastiest Kang Kong dish I have eaten because rather than adding shrimps and chili to stir fry this dish which might have been more costly for the owner, the owner chose to stir fry it with seemingly blend salted fish which makes the taste lacking
