Within Zion Road Hawker Centre lies an array of delicious cuisines waiting to be discovered by the curious diner. One of them is the Noo Cheng Adam Road Prawn Mee. The prawns served are big and juicy with a soup that is clear and extremely savoury. The soup does not contain any trace of MSG and hungry diners can get their soup refilled at no extra costs! The prawns served are big and juicy with a soup that is clear and extremely savoury. The soup does not contain any trace of MSG and hungry diners can get their soup refilled at no extra costs! My sole wish is that hopefully the prawns can be peeled of entirely so that the diner does not have to use their hands or otherwise to remove the prawn shells. I personally feel that the clear bee hoon goes best with the soup instead of yellow noodles which very often gives it a flour-like taste.
