was craving for some guo tie so went over to the kopitiam to get one. this store also sell a variety of noodles and the sour+spicy ban mian was not too bad but sometime the soup could be too gluey. back to the guo tie, instead of pan fried, this store is more of deep fried dumpling. i ordered take away and when i opened the box of food after about 30min, i can see the layer of oil in the box. when i bite through the guo tie, the thick, yellowish oil was practically dripping from my mouth which k
back to the guo tie, instead of pan fried, this store is more of deep fried dumpling. i ordered take away and when i opened the box of food after about 30min, i can see the layer of oil in the box. when i bite through the guo tie, the thick, yellowish oil was practically dripping from my mouth which kind of turn me off with this HUGE amount of oil. however, the seasoning for the meat was quite nice so that was the only redeeming factor that i finished all the guo tie
