This stall like many others served black and white fried carrot cake. But the owner can do both versions equally good! We would often get into a debate whether to order the white or black version lol ... The white version usually has a higher vote This would be a review on it's black version - simply carrot cake adding black, sweet sauce to it I was a little disappointed when I found out that the carrot cake was being outsourced and they didn't self-made it. But nevertheless, one would not mind

I was a little disappointed when I found out that the carrot cake was being outsourced and they didn't self-made it. But nevertheless, one would not mind at all
It would still depend on the condiments and skills of individual to make a superb fried carrot cake! Even if you give me the same ingredients, I would not be able to chalk up one-tenth of it's taste ;p

The carrot cake is fried with a crispy outer layer and yet soft inside. A savory flavor also arises from the secret recipe fish sauce that they used
Oh, we love it's wok hei taste too!
