I was glad to see Nihon Mura at Cathay since that meant that I can have a sushi feast after my movie with my hubby. Being avid lovers of sushi, we ordered quite a few plates of the sushi and also sashimi. The sashimi is quite fresh and it is sliced thickly. I couldn't help but have another plate of it because it tastes so nice together with the sauce and wasabi.For the sushis, we ordered unagi sushi, tuna sushi, inari, spicy salmon etc etc. There are many varieties available, so it will satisfy

Being avid lovers of sushi, we ordered quite a few plates of the sushi and also sashimi. The sashimi is quite fresh and it is sliced thickly. I couldn't help but have another plate of it because it tastes so nice together with the sauce and wasabi.

For the sushis, we ordered unagi sushi, tuna sushi, inari, spicy salmon etc etc. There are many varieties available, so it will satisfy most sushi cravings. I particuarly love the spicy salmon and the inari. The inari is very sweet tasting and not too oily.
