THis is my must eat dish whenever I visit this chinese restaurant. The pork meat is very juicy and tender, totally not tough at all. The coating is very crunchy and not too oily too. Love the tomato sauce which is thick in texture and coated well over the pork meat. The added green & red chillis have also enhanced the taste of this dish. Great to eat it on its own or with a bowl of plain rice.
