The pesto is pounded from the pungent laksa leaves, hence explaining the green colour spaghetti. I am personally a big fan of the flavor of laksa leaves, so I really enjoyed this unique east meets west combination. I felt the fragrant laksa pesto really complemented the chewy, al dente spaghetti. The pasta had some chili slices chopped into the pasta, hence adding a nice spicy flavor dimension to the dish. I was also surprised the promised prawns came out to be as big as shown in the menu picture. It was really fresh and succulent and definitely goes well with the spaghetti.

For dessert, we had banana split, a great Swensen’s classic with scoops of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice cream garnished with banana, chocolate fudge, strawberry sauce and almonds- which brings our meal here to a nice and satisfying close.
