Swensens on birthday? Not a bad idea as the birthday girl/guy will receive a complete birthday treat over the firehouse flame.

By default the firehouse comes with Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry Ice cream topped with cherries, pineapple and chocolate fudge toppings but I had the ice cream flavors replaced. Instead of having vanilla ice cream, we opted for durian with little candle stuck onto a portion of the banana in the middle.

And for the sweet tooth, we had the banana crumble on its sizzling skilling with caramelized fresh banana slices, topped with an old fashioned vanilla ice cream drenched in butterscotch cream sauce.
