Ordered the Blackball Signature ice on a rainy afternoon. The portion is ok, filled with ingredients such as the herbal jelly (xian cao dong), Yu Yuan, mini pearls and red bean. The herbal jelly is soft and less sweet, though I would prefer it to be a little more chewy. The yu yuan is chewy enough for me and I thought it was good. The red bean and pearls are pretty normal. The shaved ice starts to taste very sweet towards the end of the dessert, so will be better If the sugar syrup is poured eve
